Hi — I’m Joanne Roehm, PhD.
I’m a strategist, facilitator, educator, and leadership coach who works at the intersection of identity, organizational change, and whole-person leadership. I’m also a mom to Aiden (8), and a musician (flute/voice.)
My career has woven through nonprofit leadership, program development, fundraising and evaluation, higher education, and community-based initiatives — experiences that deeply shape how I show up in this work.
My doctoral research focuses on the lived experiences of women leaders — especially women who mother — and how meaning-making, care, and resilience influence the ways we lead. That learning is at the heart of Resonant Strategies:
leadership is most sustainable when it honors the whole person.
My style is collaborative, curious, and practical. I’m a thought-partner and guide — someone who helps you slow down, make sense of what’s shifting, and move forward with intention and alignment.
What matters in my work:
– People first, always
– Reflection and learning
– Belonging, equity, and care
– Integrity and accountability
– Connection, community, and resonance
